This morning, the Holy Mass took place at the Procura, before beginning the work sessions of the IV Ordinary General Chapter. Rev. Fr. Carlos Walker, General Superior of the IVE, presided the Holy Mass, and Rev. Fr. Alberto Barattero, Spiritual Father of the Servidoras, concelebrated.
After breakfast and with the chant, Veni Creator Spiritus, the first session of the morning began; as stipulated by the norm of proper law, the reading and approval of the Chapter rule were held, which will indicate the direction of work for these days.
Then, there was a vote concerning the Mothers and the Sisters invited to the Chapter, who were unanimously accepted to participate by voice but not by vote.

After lunch and a time for rest, the afternoon sessions began, in which the following reports were presented: M. The sessions were followed by Eucharistic Adoration. The Good Nights were given by M. María de Itatí Lorente, who spoke about having a common spirit for the good of the Institute, citing the works of Bl. Paolo Manna and Fr. Colin. This common spirit implies the practice of fraternal charity, solicitude for vocations, giving good example, the willingness to work as a team, gratitude toward the Institute, among other elements.
In the evening, we had a festive dinner in a warm and joyful atmosphere, in which Fr. Ervens Menguelle, missionary in Canada, was able to join us as a guest.
